STOCK ART: All graphic designs shown on garments throughout this catalog are available. If you have a specific layout or concept in mind other than what is shown, please be sure to describe it in detail on the order form. A vast library of art, such as mascots, sports logos, etc., is also available upon request.

CUSTOM ART: Enjoy the convenience of custom art with OA Apparel! For the rare occasion a design requires an extensive amount of an artist’s time, we reserve the right to request another form of artwork as it may be deemed necessary. If another form of artwork is not available, a $120.00 per hour charge may apply. OA Apparel reserves the right to define complicated art.

Artwork & File Ownership Policy

At OA Apparel, we’re proud to bring your designs to life on high-quality custom products. Please review our policy regarding artwork ownership and file distribution:

OA-Prepared Artwork

Any artwork, design, or graphics created by OA Apparel for your order (“Artwork”) is the intellectual property of OA Apparel—even if a design fee was paid.

Artwork will be provided only as it appears on completed products purchased from OA Apparel.

We do not release digital files of OA-created artwork.

OA Apparel reserves the right to use any Artwork we create for promotional or marketing purposes, including on our website and social media.

Customer-Provided Artwork

If you provide your own original and usable design files (“Customer Designs”), those remain your property—unless our design team makes significant changes. In that case, the modified design becomes OA Apparel-owned Artwork.

By submitting Customer Designs, you confirm that:

You have the legal rights to use the design(s).

You accept responsibility for any infringement claims related to third-party logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material.

You may be asked to provide written proof of usage rights before production begins.

ARTWORK APPROVAL POLICY: OA Apparel will not begin production on any order until a written artwork approval is received or submitted to Info@oaapparel.com Production will begin upon receipt of approved artwork (this policy is also in effect for repeat or As Had orders). We cannot accept changes to any order after artwork approval is received.

PRODUCTION TIME: OA Apparel reserves the right to adjust the lead time based on the size of the order and availability of capacity. Orders do not officially begin until all size/order information is received and complete. Incomplete orders will be sent back to the customer for more information until all information needed to process the order is provided. Delivery dates will be quoted in each order confirmation and will be based on current capacity. All orders must be submitted to an OA Apparel

COLOR MATCHING: Scientifically, it is not possible to achieve a perfect color match from one Sublimation garment to another, Therefore, we cannot guarantee a perfect match from order to order or from one fabric to another. This includes fill-ins from previous orders.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your order date. All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to Smash It Sports at your expense within 7 days of approval or return approval may be denied. items that are eligible must be in new condition with tags and original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. For this reason, please make sure your product is correct and will work for you before removing the product wrapper/tags.  Apparel, footwear and other products must not show signs of wear or have been washed. Mystery Box items, due to the nature of the randomized product, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom and customized apparel:
We do not allow returns or exchanges on customized apparel or gear items. Name/Number and color/logo customization are very unique to the buyer and all sales are final. If you have an issue with the workmanship or quality of an item, please reach out to us and we will try to make it right.

Returns
:

Please contact us by email or phone to obtain a return authorization. Sending any product back without previous contact may slow processing on your return. Send your product back to the address above, at your cost, using any trackable shipping method. We accept the right to charge a restock fee on returns equal to the value of the costs we incurred in shipping the item to you originally.



Exchanges:
Please contact us by email or phone to obtain exchange authorization. Sending any product back without previous contact may slow processing on your exchange. Send your product back, at your cost, to the address above using any trackable shipping method. There will be an exchange fee, to cover the shipping of the new product out to you. We will only ship your new product when the original product is received. If you want your new product to ship immediately, you should place a new order and then return the previously ordered item.
